Access to Visionary Prep is provided on a single-user basis only.

Each subscription is intended for individual use by one person. Users may not share login credentials, allow others to access the platform using their account, or use the platform on behalf of others.

Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

Visionary Prep reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if account sharing, misuse, or unauthorized access is detected.

If an account is found to be shared or used in violation of these terms:

• Access may be immediately revoked

• The associated subscription may be discontinued

• No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts

These actions are taken to protect the integrity of the platform and ensure fair access for all users.

Subscriptions provide access to available content for the duration of the selected billing period (monthly or annual).

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Users are responsible for managing their subscription status, including cancellation prior to renewal if they choose not to continue.

All content provided on Visionary Prep is for personal, educational use only. Users may not reproduce, distribute, record, share, or repurpose platform content in any form without written permission.

Visionary Prep may update content, features, or these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Visionary Prep is a supplemental educational platform and does not replace official study materials, live instruction, or independent preparation. Use of the platform does not guarantee exam performance or promotion outcomes.
